But that doesn’t mean she can’t enjoy a bit of R&R along the way.
Selena Gomez took a much needed break in Miami, Florida on Saturday as she’s in town to run up some publicity on her latest project.

The former Disney star kept her bodyguard close as she parted the crowds upon arriving at her hotel.
The Spring Breakers actress looked casual as she wrapped up in an olive green khaki coat and wrapped her long brown tresses up in a bun.
Quickly after checking in Selena changed into a bikini, covering up in a white linen dress as she made a quick dash to the pool.

The break comes as a day before the 20-year-old was hundreds of miles north in Boston, making the rounds on the radio circuit and even hitting up a Hooters restaurant with friends.
The Come and Get It singer chatted with Kiss FM 108 about what fans can expect:
‘To be honest, most of the record speeds up,’ she said, sharing that she’s going for an upbeat dance theme.
‘With this album, I got to record over 24 songs, and it was really fun for me to have more of a creative control and more of a say, and that’s what was super important to me with this album.’

And in this month’s issue of InStyle the Texas native talked about how her on-again, off-again relationship with Justin Bieber served as inspiration for her ballads.
‘That’s the most personal track on the record, for sure. I think it’s a sweet way of releasing it,’ she said about a track she inked.
‘It’s not an aggressive approach to what people are probably expecting. I’m sure he’ll love it too.’

And while the Canadian singer wasn’t by her side in Miami, she admits that the pair are trying their hardest to make their romance work this time around.
‘I have to go through the emotions and feel it out. I’m doing my own thing, being with my friends, and he’s doing very well too.’
‘You can’t help who you date. So I wouldn’t swear off that or say that’s what I want again. I don’t know. I’m a kid, and a breakup is normal,’ she said.
