“People are always commenting things they would never say to your face, so part of that is just having developed a thick skin. Social media is hard. That’s something Paige Spiranac helped me with, just keeping certain parts of your life private. Making sure you don’t post things that, you know, maybe you don’t want people’s feedback on,” the 20-year-old gymnast explained.

Paige Spiranac is 'so sick' over Olivia Dunne backlash

“There are always people who want to downplay your success and say it’s just how you look or it’s just luck. I don’t pay too much attention to that negativity because it isn’t worth it. If I want girls to hear my message, I need to focus on what I want to say and not waste time getting defensive with people who don’t take the time to understand what I’m doing,” she said emphatically.
