Leni Klum Ditches Her Bikini Top To Show Off Her WICKED Sunburn
Model Leni Klum, the daughter of model Heidi Klum, clearly did not use enough sunscreen on her latest trip out in the sun!
The 19-year-old college student took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday afternoon to share some jaw-dropping photos of her sunburn, which went way beyond a deep tan!

On Tuesday afternoon, the 19-year-old aspiring model took to her Instagram Stories to give fans an unobstructed view of her back as she stretched out on her stomach with her arms resting underneath her head. Her dark hair is pulled into a neat bun to show off the scorching red sunburn that absolutely covers her back.
The pale stripe from her bikini top, as well as the bow from her drawstring, can clearly be seen etched into her back. She is wearing a tiny thong bikini as well, but fans can still see the tan lines from her previous pair of bikini bottoms imprinted in her skin, making it look like Leni fell asleep on her stomach while tanning. Fortunately, Leni did apply some sunscreen, although even she admits it wasn’t enough. Over the photo, Leni wrote, “Obviously didn’t use enough sunscreen…”
Leni Is Spending A Lot Of Time In The Sun This Summer!
Just last week, Leni took to her Instagram Stories again to share a photo of her spending time in and around the water. She is wearing a brown halter top bikini, although her bikini top is obscured as she holds a giant fish up in front of her chest with both hands.
She is looking down at the specimen through her snorkel, letting her wavy blonde hair fall about her shoulders. Leni shared a few photos to her Instagram Stories, including a photo that featured her lying on her back on the sand at night. Although it is too dark to tell where she is, her glowing tan is lit up by the flash of the camera.
Leni’s fingers are hooked into her thong bikini as she tugs it up and around her sides, showing off her brown bikini top. She wore a pair of lacy black see-through pants that were etched with a floral pattern. Her bare feet were pressed into the sand, which also covered the top of her feet.
Unfortunately, it seems that the trip didn’t go exactly as planned. Leni followed up her snaps with a photo of her Canon camera submerged in a bowl of white rice. “This is devastating,” she wrote over the photo, indicating that the camera had gotten wet and she was doing her best to salvage the photos she took from her trip.
This Isn’t The First Time Leni Klum Has Dealt With A Nasty Sunburn!
On July 23, 2022 – almost exactly one year ago – Leni took to Instagram to share another photo of a wicked sunburn. She is wearing another brown bikini, although she has the straps tucked beneath her chest in order to show off the tan lines around her shoulders. This time, she got sunburned on the front of her body, creating a clear contrast between her sunburn and her tan lines.
“A little past sun-kissed,” she wrote in the caption of this Instagram post. “More sun bitten than sun-kissed,” one follower commented. Although some fans wanted to comment on how good she looked in a bikini, other followers thought it was “irresponsible” for her to post photos of this online as they accused her of setting a bad example and being a “bad role model” for impressionable young girls.
“I got scared! When you look through the photos of Leni, you think of a pretty young woman, and then you see a photo like this. Bad role model! Risking a sunburn! You should always protect your skin and not show that you are unable to take precautions,” one user wrote. Another fan was quick to point out, “This can happen to anyone despite sunscreen if you are in the sun at a certain time and have sensitive skin.”
Hopefully, Leni will take some precautions in the future to make sure that she doesn’t have the same sunburn in July 2024!
