Kim Kardashian trades her Skims for a $7K vintage pink Chanel bikini in Turks and Caicos
Pretty in pink.Kim Kardashian embraced her Barbiecore era as she swapped her usual Skims swimwear for a pricey vintage 1990s Chanel bikini, wearing the velour two-piece as she enjoyed a trip to Turks and Caicos on Sunday.
The “Kardashians” star, 42, showed off her trim figure as she hit the beach in the logo-covered bikini, which recently sold for $6,900 on the resale market, with her vintage style featuring a string top and fuller-coverage bottom.
She looked carefree as she strolled in the sand after ex-husband Kanye West’s recent NSFW display in Venice, donning long braided extensions in her newly-bobbed hair and wearing two gold pendant necklaces.
While she went with a vintage look for her vacation, the Skims founder often sports her own styles, like a similar pink bikini she modeled poolside in June.
Kardashian wore a metallic gold string bikini in the pic — which shows her posing in a mirror while sporting the tiny suit — and plenty of fans jumped into the comments criticizing her choice of caption, which is a lyric to the band’s famous song, “All Star.”

However, Smash Mouth appeared to give Kardashian their stamp of approval, retweeting the pic and completing her lyrics with, “only shooting stars.”
Her Turks and Caicos vacation follows another glam getaway for the Skkn by Kim founder, who headed to Japan with her 10-year-old daughter, North West, last month.
The mother-daughter duo also took in a Beyoncé concert on Monday, with Kardashian baring her abs in a custom crystal bra top by Swarovski paired with ripped jeans.
With plenty of warm days (and vacations) left, we have a feeling this won’t be the last bikini snap we see from Kim this month.
