Model Jen Selter is showing her followers that fitness can be fun in her thong bikini!
The 29-year-old fitness trainer took to Instagram to show off her new glute resistance bands and lead her followers through a series of exercises that showed off her toned abs and sunned buns!
Jen Selter Works Her Glutes In A Thong Bikini!
In one Instagram post, Jen held up her very own Jen Selter branded glute brands for the camera wearing a plaid thong bikini. She then started working out, putting the glute band around her calves as she jumped up and down in neon yellow sneakers. She moved through a range of exercises holding two green dumbbells as she worked her legs and core.
The last exercise that she does in the video is a row in a bear crawl position along with a plank jacket to work her arms, back, core, legs – basically, her whole body! At the end of the video, Jen took off the glute and turned around to face the balcony, flaunting her sunned buns for the camera. She then turns around to give fans a good look at the definition in her toned abs.
In the caption, Jen plugged her new booty builder workout, only available on the Fitplan app. “Seeing you babes tag me in your Instagram stories killing my new workout program makes me so happy!!” she wrote in the caption. “I’m so proud of each and every one of you for showing up for yourself and getting that sweat in!! It’s no secret that Jen comes from a fit family, but on Mother’s Day, Jen decided to put her mother to the test as she had her mom get down on all fours on her Alo Yoga mat.
Her mother is wearing a blue workout sit while Jen kneels on top of her in a pink workout set, balancing her hands on her shoulders. In the two-second clip, Jen extends her leg directly back behind her and raises it in the air slightly while using her mother for balance.

In another Instagram post, Jen decided to show off a new recipe that fans can enjoy for lunch, dinner, or as a snack! “You have GOT to my favorite blended tuna fish!” she wrote in the caption. She listed the ingredients as 1 and ½ cans of tuna, 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt, half of a lemon, ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 garlic glove, and 3 tablespoons of light mayo.
Jen illustrates how she blends all of the ingredients up in her BlendJet before she tops it off with capers, onions, and everything bagel seasoning.
