Heather Graham showed off her incredible figure in sizzling new snaps.
The 53-year-old Boogie Nights actress displayed her summer-ready figure in a white bikini as she frolicked on the beach for a photoshoot in Jamaica, which she shared to her Instagram on Tuesday.
The On a Wing and a Prayer star — who recently called out the sexism in Hollywood — wowed in the two-piece which highlighted her toned midriff and long legs as she splashed around in the water.
‘Grateful I got to spend time on this beautiful beach with @feministabulous!’ she wrote in the caption.
She was referring to feminist author Liz Plank, who recently wrote the book For The Love of Men.
Her 469K followers were thrilled with the photos as they praised her fit form, with one writing, ‘You don’t age! Looking fabulous.’
‘You look fantastic,’ another added.
‘Still the most gorgeous woman to ever grace the planet earth,’ yet another super fan added.
The sultry snaps come after Graham called out sexism in Hollywood and in society in a recent interview.
‘I think, culturally, there is definitely a message out there that keeps telling us, “Women feel bad about yourself!”‘ she explained to NewBeauty magazine in April.
Graham went on to add: ‘It seems like there’s no age where we’re really allowed to feel good about ourselves – except for maybe a very short window.’
‘The rest of the time we’re supposed to feel like, “I’m too young or I’m too old,”‘ she said.
But, the Austin Powers star has found a way to deal with the frustration and remain happy and peaceful.
‘I have to unplug from the culture, which is a patriarchal way of looking at things, and to affirm myself and be happy and grateful for what I do have,’ she revealed.
‘The older I get, the pickier I am about the energy I want around me,’ the Scrubs alum told the outlet.
‘I want loving, supportive people by my side. When I was younger, I was always seeking out the difficult, dramatic, complicated people. At some point, I realized that is exhausting.’
Age has brought wisdom and clarity to the Extrapolations actress.
‘Now, I try to have people that are supportive in my circle… You have to be with the people that really celebrate you.’
The outlet told Heather that she appeared to be aging backwards. After accepting the compliment gracefully, the Austin Powers star shared her secret: sleep.
‘I think one of the main things is sleep. I try to get a lot of sleep. Beyond that, I think just being happy on the inside and whatever,’ she said.
‘I do all the self-help stuff: I meditate, I do yoga, I work through all the stuff in therapy,’ then do all the different kinds of sorting through my inner world to make myself feel happy on the inside,’ The Hypnotist’s Love Story actress explained.
And despite the inherent sexism in the film and television business, Heather has hope. She said: ‘I do think it’s exciting that women are getting into more positions of power and starting to influence the culture. It’s cool that more women are heading up companies and that we’re green-lighting projects that have more female subject matter.’
‘I really want to make things that are empowering to women. I’ve gotten involved in more behind-the-scenes projects, and I feel strongly that what we watch does matter.’
‘If you’re watching stuff where it’s only always about men, and women don’t get to do that much, it’s disempowering on another level.,’ she added.
In her most recent role the actress stars wealthy Louisiana housewife-turned-emergency co-pilot Terri White in Sean McNamara’s private plane survival drama On a Wing and a Prayer, which is available on Amazon Prime Video.
The Church of Christ family flick – based a on a true story from Easter 2009 – also stars Dennis Quaid, Jesse Metcalfe, Jessi Case, and Rocky Myers.
