In one of her most recent Instagram posts, Lindsey posted a photo from the beaches of Malibu, California that featured her standing barefoot on the beach beside the ocean. Her chiseled abs are on full display in a white thong bikini that matched her long white nails. Her long blonde hair was pushed back behind her shoulders and tucked under an orange baseball cap that she was wearing backward.
“Learning to give myself grace,” she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post. “These past few weeks have been extremely difficult on both my mental and physical health. I am used to working out 5-6 times a week and sticking to a very strict diet (because I love structure). The gym truly is a passion of mine and when I’m not able to push myself in that way, my mental state usually suffers as a result.”
“I’ve been trying new ways to challenge myself mentally & ground myself with different self-care techniques. God challenges us sometimes for reasons we may never know and we just have to trust in His plan for us,” she wrote. “I know it’s all for a greater purpose and I will come back even stronger than I was before.” Fortunately, her fans were nothing but supportive, with one fan telling her, “You’re right where you’re supposed to be.”
