UFC ring girl Brittney Palmer is currently in Turks and Caicos, soaking up the sun and getting her tan on.

Her latest Instagram post is leaving her followers in awe as they flood the comments section.

The UFC ring girl is showing off her long tanned legs and abs as she poses for the camera in the ocean of Turks and Caicos.

“Lil Turks and Caicos slide 🏝️🛥️ ☀️,” she captioned the post.

Fans instantly commented on the post expressing their thoughts on the steamy photo dump. “YOU are the PERKS of Cacos 😍,” one of Palmer’s followers commented as another chimed in, “Okay mamiiiii 🔥”.

Enjoying the Sun and the Sand

In another photo, Palmer was seen holding her sunglasses in her right hand as she wore her brown thong bikini, which sat above her hips showing off her body.

One fan asked, “Would u ever want to date a guy because he likes u for ur art?”

The 36-year-old recently talked about what she looks for in a man.

When asked, “Abs or dad bod,” Palmer responded, “Abs. I work with the UFC. I mean, of course.” But putting fitness aside, Palmer wants her man to be funny. “I love a sense of humor. I love someone who can get my jokes and also tell me jokes. I enjoy laughing and giggling and having banter,” she said.

“It’s just about your personality,” she continued. “All of that other stuff, I’ve had it. We have had these flowers and chocolates; they are lovely, and the gesture is nice. But just h,aving an endearing, kind soul is so important.”

Regarding a first date, Palmer isn’t looking for much. “On a first date, probably just like an excellent restaurant with good wine and atmosphere,” she explained. “Nothing too fancy or stuffy but something that’s thoughtful and just a good place to have cocktails.”

And lastly, the UFC girl posted a thirst trap as she laid in the sand doing a plank, showing off her toned abs and strong legs.

Brittney Palmer has been with the UFC for over ten years and has become a four-time “Ringcard Girl of the Year.” And in 2012, Brittney Palmer posed for the Playboy magazine cover, which she says was a great experience.

“It’s a great story; again, I was young, so to be a part of something so big so young was excellent,” she said. “There was a lot of nerves attached to it. I remember Steve Shaw, my photographer, who had to open a bottle of champagne at 10 am. He said, ‘We gotta get her some champagne to loosen her up. I was so nervous because I was used to doing photoshoots before, but on a shoot like that, you have a staff of maybe 20 people working on this shoot, and everybody’s poking at you.”

“But it was cool, and Playboy treated me very well,” she continued. “I did a beautiful press tour after, which was super fun. I got to go to the big news station and make it something big, and UFC was supportive and on board, and the rest was history.”
