The social media sensation has been spending a lot of time in the sun lately working on her tan and making the most of the month before she heads back to college in New York City.
On Friday afternoon, she took to Instagram to share a photo of her cuddled up with her beau and sipping a drink through a straw. The Dior beauty ambassador tagged the brand in the photo and dropped a sunglasses emoji in the caption.
Earlier this week, she was photographed on vacation in the South of France on board a yacht owned by her biological father, ex-Formula One team manager Flavio Briatore. Although she spent a lot of time lounging in the sun, she also hopped around the water for a quick swim.
Her famous mom, “America’s Got Talent” judge Heidi Klum was not present for the trip, as she has been having a ton of fun in Capri with her husband, Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz, who she married in 2019.
Heidi Klum Looks Like She’s Having A Blast On Her Own Vacation!
While Leni was having fun in the sun in South France, Heidi was flaunting her assets in an animal-print bikini top and matching skirt. In a video set to Kelis’ Milkshake, Heidi’s husband Tom recorded a video of her shaking her chest on the balcony while waiting for food to arrive.
“What do you do on your dinner date with your LOVE ….besides eating ???” Heidi asked in the caption of this Instagram video, but she disables comments on her post, leaving fans no opportunity to reply.
Leni Klum Will NOT Be Stealing That Outfit From Her Famous Mom!
In an October 2022 interview with People magazine, Leni admitted that she will swipe jewelry from time to time, but she never raids her mother’s closet. “Honestly, I don’t take from her closet often, because we aren’t the same shoe size,” she explained. “And she’s so much taller than me, but I do take her jewelry because that’ll fit no matter what.”
“She keeps everything — even if it doesn’t fit anymore or if she doesn’t like it. Her closet is wild. It is huge. It’s stacked. You can’t even move,” she revealed. “There’s so much stuff. My closet is almost empty. There needs to be an inch in between each hanger, so I can see all of the pieces.”
It was actually her mother’s house that sparked her interest in going to school to study interior design. “My mom’s house actually sparked my interest; I always talk about redoing it,” she revealed. “I’m more a minimalist — a few pieces here and there that stand out — but we have completely different tastes. She’s a maximalist, with fashion too.”
She also said that she has “always dreamed” of moving out and designing her own apartment. “I have been talking about it since I was 14. And I finally I did it,” she said. “I used to come to New York every summer with my family because my mom had work here, and I loved it. I knew that I wanted to go to school here and study interior design.”
Leni Reveals That She Has Been Texting Her Mom More While She’s Away At School
Although it was hard for Heidi to see her oldest child leave the nest, Leni told the magazine that the two are still keeping in close contact despite the distance. “After I saw her being interviewed saying that she freaks out that I’m gone, I’ve been texting her more,” she said. “I didn’t think she’d be that worried, since there’s three other kids that she’s looking after,” referring to her siblings Henry, 17, Johan, 16, and Lou, 13.
She also revealed the important lessons that both of her parents taught her. “They have both taught me to be myself, and to do what makes me feel comfortable. You can tell if you’re not comfortable and then the best of you isn’t brought out,” she said. “I just think you should be open and honest with what makes you comfortable, be yourself, do what you love. And if you do all those three things then you’re golden.”
