Selena Gomez’s Glitzy and Graceful Style Evolution: From Skinny Jeans to Bedazzled Gowns
Kicking off her career as a child on Barney & Friends, the actress soon became a Disney Channel star as the face of Wizards of Waverly Place. During the mid-2000s, Gomez showed off her youthful sense of style, including skinny jeans, long tank tops, converse and more.
After retiring from Disney, her style matured and began to include bespoke gowns with plunging necklines and daring silhouettes.
Previously styled by Kate Young, Gomez recently switched to celebrity stylist Erin Walsh, who elevated her wardrobe to include elegant and vibrant pieces that flatter her figure.
Gomez stunned at the Rare Impact Fund Benefit in October 2023. For the soirée, she rocked three outfits. Her first was a custom Valentino design featuring a halter neckline, floral detail and stunning train. She then changed into a purple mini dress in the shape of a flower, designed by Rahul Mishra. Lastly, she rocked a velvet Monse dress inside the gala.
